Back to School 2020: we are here for you
We have been working hard to be ready to reopen our stores safely from Monday 8th June.
Our Coleraine store (02870320707) will be open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm and Ballymoney (02827664090) from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Phone lines will be open from Monday, or email info@heartandhomeni.co.uk or contact us through Facebook at any time.
Although we are fortunate in having large school wear departments, we may have to limit customer numbers at peak times. To reduce queues, you will be able to book a time slot with us from 8th June. Almost all school stock, including sportswear, has already arrived or will be with us in the next few days.
Following government guidance fitting rooms cannot be used currently, however our experienced staff will be at hand to advise on sizing for your child. We will be happy to exchange or refund school uniforms in store until 30th September.
Alternatively, we will be happy to take orders by phone for collection and we will be happy to discuss what is needed and sizing options. For customer who are shielding, we will also be offering a free weekly delivery service to all local areas.
A school club is available as usual, a small deposit will reserve stock or payments can be made in advance. This can also be done by phone.
Please be assured that we will do our utmost to ensure every child has their school uniform ready for the start of term, including Sunday opening and extended hours, if required.
