Cross Country at St Louis Grammar School and UU Campus Coleraine

Our Cross Country Team have been busy competing last week and this week.
Our team travelled to St Louis Grammar School to take part in the Cumann na mBunscol Cross Country compettion. They performed very well on the day.
Some of our P5, 6 & 7s travelled to Coleraine University yesterday to take part in the regional Cross Country finals, racing against many other local primary schools. It was a chilly morning, and although the ground was considerably muddy and heavy, the children’s determination and resilience was incredible. They supported each other, cheering from the sidelines and running alongside each other from outside of the track, encouraging and willing the team on right to the finish line. The trip to McDonald’s afterwards made the wet and muddy shoes and socks worthwhile.
