Year 4 & 5 Gaelic Tournament

Primary 4 and 5 showcased their Gaelic Football skills in a brilliant tournament held on our green over a few days recently. With lots of game time for everyone, we were eventually left with our four semi-finalists. Cork and Kerry reached the final, with Kerry just clinching the win by a single point in a highly entertaining game. Galway just edged past Armagh in an equally exciting third place play-off. The children have received Gaelic Football coaching every Friday since January, courtesy of Ulster GAA, and this was a great opportunity to put our skills into practice. Well done children!
